Prihatin Mobile App is designed to aid employees and self-employed individuals in accessing their SOCSO account and monitoring their employers' contributions. It caters to all 9.37 million PERKESO contributors of Act 4 and Act 800, offering a platform to oversee employers' contributions.

The app also provides users with the opportunity to stay informed about various SOCSO services such as Protection & Benefits, Health Screening Programme (HSP), and receive updates on the latest news and announcements from SOCSO.
